Admission to Rock 'n Wheels is free, although all rules and guidelines are expected to be followed.

Food and beverages are available for purchase from local restaurants and reasonable prices.  This includes beer and wine from some vendors.

No pets are allowed at the event; the entire venue is non smoking.
